Parents should monitor the daily activities of their ward; check the diary regularly for entries, check their bags occasionally and about their performance. Parents are advised to spend quality time with their wards to instill confidence and motivation
The school contact number should be used in case of emergency, please abstain from the habit of making petty enquiries. Parents are appealed to respect the privacy of the teaching faculty and administrative staff and abstain from causing any disturbance through telephonic/ house visits for any official purpose. Any official matters are to be clarified by using Parent communication section given in the student diary by all means.
Parents are advised not to grant any money to the students, as any monetary transaction is strictly prohibited.
Any appointment with the teacher/Principal, should be informed in advance through the student dairy, parents are advised to respect the slot given to meet the concerned as stated by the institution. Parents are advised to educate their wards to respect civic rules by not allowing minors to drive two wheelers like motor bike/heavy vehicles
Name and class should be clearly labeled on student's belongings. Lost and found articles will be kept in the office and should be claimed by the child.
Students who fail to show the remarks/ test report and get them countersigned by their parents are liable to be sent home.
Parents should inform the school, in writing, if there is any change in address & Telephone No.
Parents are requested to ensure that their wards carry the text/exercise books according to the timetable of the day, absence of which adds excess weight and harms the spine of the child.
Parents should drop the children at the school gate by 7: 45 am.
Please meet the Principal or a teacher whenever you receive a note or a phone call regarding your ward's problem.
Should there be any legitimate complaint, do not hesitate to meet the Principal at once for personal intervention.
Parents are requested to send their ward when sick/social engagements. Half day leave will not be granted; instead it will result into absence for full day.
Criticism of the teacher or the institution in the presence of their children should be scrupulously avoided because it may cause loss of respect to their teacher as well as the School, further retard his progress.
Payment of fees is the responsibility of the parents and it should be paid in time.
